I.D. this wheel?

I'm hoping someone can I.D. this wheel. Just spent several hours googling and came up empty. I want one to mount my spare on since it (the spare) is currently mounted on a generic white steel rim - ugly.

Also, a new wheel would allow me to figure out which all steel valve stem I need for when I have GY Endurance's installed early next month. My local Discount Tire no longer stocks all metal stems and told me that if I wanted them they would be happy to install them but I would have to supply them myself.

I've used these metal valve stems on several trailers with Lionshead aluminum wheels (and on my Ford dually with aluminum rims). They fit correctly in the recessed hole in the rim.

Can't id the rims. Mine came with Sendel Rims but that was 10 years ago. The valve stem you probably need is 17-428.
