I have a 2016 Forest River EVO and the light fixtures are beginning to go out. They flicker for a while, then get dim. I can not find an exact replacement. Any ideas? Thanks.

You have a couple options...
Remove the light and see is anything descriptive (manufacturer) is on the back or stamped into the LED mounting plate. It often is.
Contact the manufacturer (division) of your R/V and see if replacements are available.
Replace with something close in specs such as this one on Amazon.

There are also some LED companies out there selling just the LED wafer. You might try looking at what they have to offer too.

Thank you. I will see if I can find the wafer, also.

By chance do you have a LiFePo4 battery and converter for Li batteries? If so, one may be exceeding the voltage rating of the older LED fixtures. That will shorten their life.

You mention "getting dim". Is this all of the LED devices in the fixture or just a few that have failed and are not illuminating thus lower light output?

Also are you perhaps operating with the battery switched OFF or no battery at all? I know the converter output is supposed to be regulated voltage and well filtered. But with no battery connected, the battery acts as an additional filter. LED devices are polarized devices and do not like ripple on the DC source.

Just thinking, trying to ascertain why.
