Inverter Plugs Not Working

OK folks I need some help. I have searched but could not find the answer. I have a 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2511 and all of my inverter plugs have stopped working. I am plugged into shore power and two nights ago they worked. Last night I tried plugging into one at beside the head of the bed, no power. I have tried all of the outlets that say they are inverter plugs and nothing. Now one other piece of info, on the left side of the bed is the switch to turn the inverter on and off. The light is on but when push the button and even hold it, the lite never goes off. This has been this way since I bought the trailer about a month ago. So even with that issue the plugs were working three days ago.

So my question is, where do I start looking. And also, I am not the handiest person but know that owning a RV I have to start learning how to take care of issues myself. Thanks for any advice.

start looking at the inverter

Use multi meter to read input voltage from battery
and output 120v AC to the outlets

12v battery, should be over 11v ..(usually)

If you determine that Inverter in/out is correct.

look for any breaker... test it too
turn it on/off a couple times
use multimeter in OHMS to check it is operating correctly

i would first verify the inverter make and model number and then get the manual for it. you may need to download it. in the manual will be an explanation of the various indicator /status light on the face of the inverter as well as a trouble shooting section. start there.

once you know the make model number of the inverter determine if is has an internal pass-thru relay. even with the inverter off those receptacles should operate from shore power.

if i had to make a wild guess (just a guess) it sounds like a loose wire that is stopping both shore and inverter power from reaching the receptacles. but this is just a guess. find the inverter, record its status, and do the troubleshooting.

Not sure which inverter you have but I had a similar issue and it was the breaker that's on the inverter itself, usually on the back. I had no idea it even had its own breaker that was separate from the rest of the breakers on the camper.

Check for a tripped GFI plug/outlet
I had the same issue and that was my problem

As Aussie said, start at the inverter itself. Manually turn the inverter on and off. Does it work at all? If it doesn't turn on, check if the wires from the battery at the inverter for power. If they don't have power then either your battery is very low or the protective fuse between the battery and the inverter has blown or tripped which ever.

If you have power at the in coming inverter wires and no 120v current leaving the inverter, then your inverter is not functioning. There are fuses in most inverters that could have blown that you could look for. If there are no fuse problems, then your inverter needs to be replaced.

If the inverter does manually work at the inverter on-off button, then the problem obviously is with the switch or switch wire which should be an easy replacement-fix.

Just played with mine. Just supplying some info.

If I turned it on with shore power on it would not turn off. Had to trip the 30 amp breaker and even then it took a few minutes before the On/Off switch would do anything and de-energize the inverter, ie the light would go off. No idea why there is a time delay built in.

Does not help you on the lights not working but follow the advice in above posts.

My WF-5110RS factory installed inverter does have to have the On/Off switch on the inverter front panel in the off position for the remote switch to work.

I had this problem a few times and found if you disconnect battery(using switch) for 30 seconds the inverter will work. This "fix" was given to me by dealer service manager. The explanation is the inverter locks up and won't respond to the on/off switch. It worked every time.
