Perhaps discussed previously but couldn't find anything on this with a search...
I haven't had the opportunity yet to mount the bedroom TV outside but thinking of doing so and it got me thinking.
Have the following questions:
1) Where does the signal come from that goes to the Coax port outside?
I don't have a matrix in my '17 FW and recently set up a Dish Wally with an HDMI splitter that connects to the front and back tv so we have HD at both TV's. Works great. Not sure how/where the Coax port outside would get it's signal from.
2) If the Coax port actually is connected somehow, I am assuming it would just be SD?
3) Has anyone else tried using a long HDMI cable or wireless HDMI to connect to the bedroom TV when it is mounted outside?
It would be nice to have HD on the TV mounted outside. Thinking of getting a long HDMI cable that I can just string temporarily from the splitter (that goes to the Wally) to the outside TV, while using it. I guess a wireless HDMI might work, but never had much luck with those.
As always, Thanks All...
