I am working to do my own oil changes. Pretty sure when the Freightliner shop in South Bend did it they used 23 Qts of Oil but I don't remember anything listed as to replacement of the Oil Pan Drain Bolt Washer(s) ? They also did not correctly tighten the filter as it almost fell off after 2500 miles of use getting from IA to home.

Normally, I like to go the extra mile and use new drain bolt washers when they are either copper or crush type. I don't know how tight the drain bolt is supposed to be and anyone have a torque setting? TIA

I'll second the use of a Fumoto valve unless you have the equipment to handle the quantity of fluid in need of disposal. Regarding washers, I'm going to guess that the drain plug has an O-Ring that does not need to be replaced. You should be able to inspect the plug and see if there is a washer. If you don't see one, then you probably have an O-Ring.

Turns out it is just a single threaded plug that has a rubber gasket/seal built into the sealing surface area. With the ESN, I was able to get a parts break down from this company that was spot on! I used a new one because the old one did not look perfect. I have used Fumoto valves before and I don't trust them on my Cummins as one good rock could spell disaster. https://s1partscenter.com/brands/cummins/threaded/3973071

Another Fumoto valve user (added one to the generator as well). Makes changes so much easier (and cleaner). ISL 8.9 engine. F-106N or F-107N part number, though I don't recall which was for the engine or the generator. Good luck!
