Issues with my Thetford Macerating toilet

Hopefully someone can give me some guidance. I have a 2022 Georgetown. It has a Mecma macerating toilet. It was working just fine and then we notice there was no light on the switch and when we pushed it nothing. We replaced the 30 amp fuse with no positive results. I'm not sure if its a electrical problem or a pump issue. I was also told by more than one mobile mechanic if there is a problem with them, they just replace the pump and they are not cheap.
I called the dealer I purchased my RV from but cannot get a call back. Service today sucks.
My question is: if the macerator motor goes out, will it cause the power to also go out. I was told there is only 1 30 amp fuse. I am handy and can fix many problems, but I'm not great with electrical issues and this is a mystery to me. From what I have read, people have had issues with this type of toilet a lot.
Is there anyone out there that can give me some tips on this issue.

Do you have a manual for the toilet? If not, get the model number on the toilet and do a GOOGLE search for the manual. It should give installation procedures and troubleshooting tips. You will also need a volt meter to see if power is getting to the toilet.

While you are at it, do the same for every piece of equipment in your RV. One day, sooner or later, you will need a manual.

Dealers for the most part are great when they are selling. When it comes to service, most are not so great.

Moved thread from the Tech and Repair section to the Motorhome section's Georgetown sub-forum for better help from other Georgetown owners and possible factory support since the OP's toilet is not a typical RV toilet.
