Good morning everyone!
I am Robert, and my wife and I just picked up our new 5th wheel on Friday. We are both new to RV's and this is our first camper.
I am retired military, but currently working as a contractor in the defense industry in the San Diego area. We will be here for the next 5 or 6 months until our youngest son graduates high school and we can sell our house. We plan take our camper on a few trips in the local area until we eventually move into the camper to relocate to the Huntsville Alabama area. Once we get there, we will live in the RV until we find a new house, then use the camper I'm hoping at least once a month. We will be retired at that point (47 years old!) so will have plenty of time to take trips and explore the US.
I've tried to digest tons of information over the last several months/year pertaining to RV's, trucks, RV parks, etc... I am so excited to get started with this adventure, and I'm looking forward to talking to you guys.
