We have a 2022 Crusader and were not getting water out of the kitchen faucet. Took off the aerator and had water. Question is how to take the aerator apart to clean it or does the whole thin need to be replaced? Or what is the brand of said faucet? Leaving tomorrow for a month long trip so want to get this fixed before leaving.

If you can't get the aerator apart, soak it in vinegar overnight? Take the aerator to the hardware store and see if it is the same size/thread of standard replacement aerators?

I would just replace the entire faucet with a better quality residential faucet of your choice. It's one of the first things I do with a new RV (replace all the faucets).

You can run without the aerator forever while you seek a solution but just soaking it overnight in vinegar is worth a shot. Replacing the entire faucet seems unnecessary.

we had that problem. there seemed to be what I would call a check valve behind the aerator. had to take it out and clean it. something that happened over the winter. I suspect the AF evaporated and stuck it closed.

From the water exit side of the aerator, use your finger to push the guts out. Do notice the order of the pieces as they come out. And don't lose any of them. Clean each one, vinegar works so does Lime-A-Way. Put it back together the way it came apart and you should be good to go. Also check the one in the bath shower and lav. Chances are the same crud from the water heater is there as well. This is usually the results of incorrect winterizing.

There are two types of aerators. They basically are held together with a rubber washer and they just pull apart:
