Lane sofa bed part number: Lacrosse 318bhs

I am looking to order replacement seat cushion covers for the Lane leather sofa bed (imitation leather). They have begun to crack and flake. I called Prime Time and they got me in touch with the supplier. The supplier is asking me for the information off the tag that can found attached to the sofa. I cannot locate the original tag for my sofa. Can anyone send me an image of their tag or give me the part number or equivalent?

We need a pic of the style sofa you have. Different floorplans may have different styles.

Ok, good pic. but unfortunately, ours has a "lounging" (1 high side) arm on the right side. So, a different style and your cushions look narrower.

Have you tried a local upholsterer?

Try sending the pic to the supplier. Maybe they can figure out what they sold you.
