Leak on living room slide out

2024 Artic wolf 27SGS. Have a leak in living room slide, called last week and work order was made. Just looked and my warranty expires on the 7th of June and they can’t get it in until 9th. Going to call tomorrow and ask if it’s still covered since it’s 2 days after expiration. Any thoughts?

You do know that you can use an independent RV shop or mobile RV technician for warranty work, right?
You just have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing to be reimbursed.
A lot of owners use this option because they'll get better service.

Call FR Customer Service to confirm as noted on page 2, third paragraph.

Normally there is no issue unless the dealer causes an issue, which is why it's always best to call on your own. Have your VIN when you call.

Thank you, going to call my dealer at 0900 this morning to discuss this. She said she was writing up a service order last week, but I didn’t realize my warranty expired after the time I was to bring it in. Thought I get it later in the summer.

Here’s the deal, since the work order was made last week I will be good even though my warranty will be expired when they get to it so that’s great. Called another Forest River dealer about 2 hours hour away to see if I could get in there earlier and was told since I did not buy from them they wouldn’t do any warranty work on it. What the **** !!

That's quite common, especially now because of lack of RV techs.
Is this your first RV because that kind of thing has been going on for decades.
