I have a 2014 Coachmen Concord 300ts
I think I have a leak in one of my levelers.
1st question, where is the reservoir for the leveling jack's hydraulic fluid.
2nd question is there a way to rebuild the leveling jack so is stops leaking.

Thank you in advance.

Assuming it is on an E 450 chassis. Mine is on the drivers side inside frame rail about half way back.

Look for a shop that repairs hydraulic equipment. They should be able to rebuiled a cylinder. I damaged one and a replacement was over $600. Gave me motivation to figure out a way to repair it.

Yes on a E450. Thank you. Let me know if you found a way to rebuild yourself

Mine wasn't leaking. I put the leveler down on the edge of one of those concrete bumpers in a camp site. Bent the foot and damaged the threads. Straighning the foot was a chore without a torch. Big hammer. Chased the 3/4 18 threads and a new nut.

Check the fittings at each jack and at the pump. On our 5'er, the front would leak down about an inch/day. Took it to a reliable repair shop: they found two lines that had leaks at each end to the rams. The leaks at the fittings were the problem. All good now.
One word of caution: if your system is a Lippert brand (most are) and you find a leaky fitting, you'll have to replace the hose. Give Lippert Tech Support a call: 574.537.8900. They can get a hose with fittings at a much cheaper price than a local shop can if you can wait about 3-5 business days. If you're on the road, then your only option is a local rv repair shop or a hydraulics shop. Lippert quoted me a price of $35.00 for a 10' hose with both fittings, whereas the repair shop charged me $300.00 just for the hoses, not including the labor.

Would you happen to know where the pump is located? I am also looking for the hydraulic fluid reservoir for the jacks. Thank you again I will look if it is a Lippert. I just looked at my controls, it states it is the "Big Foot" Hydraulic Leveling System by Quadra MFG.

Unfortunately, I do not know the location of the pump/reservoir as I am not familiar with your rig. The best thing that I know to do is call Coachmen and give them the VIN. They should have the specs to show the pump/reservoir location. While you're at it, confirm with them who is the manufacturer of the hydraulics, just to be sure. Also, be sure to ask what fluid you need to replenish your unit. With the Lippert units, they use automatic transmission fluid: could be the same with Big Foot.
