I know, technically they are light buttons. This is the first time I’ve heard of this one.
There’s a switch panel on the wall between the dinette and the sofa with four buttons. They’re labeled LivRm Ceiling Lights, Sofa Reading Lights, Wall Light, Theater Lighting. They are blinking on and off in sequence. They don’t control the lights. When pressed they turn blue until released and then turn white and join the sequence. The associated lights can be controlled by the precision plex panel but turning them on has no effect on the sequencing. The only way to stop the sequencing is to use the salesman switch in the stair well.
Any help?

I would advise contacting Precision Circuits to see if they can assist; their number is 630-515-9100 ext 704 and that will get you to Danny DiNovo

Thanks,
Doing that this morning. I hope it’s the light assembly (Remove and replace) and not a wiring issue. The wringing out of the communication cables looks like a bucket of worms.

Did you figure it out because I have the same issue?

Most likely one needs to follow a reset procedure. Gotta have the manual for that. Search via GOOGLE and download and print the manual. Likely a 12-volt power interruption will cause this.

Aren't computers used for this type of stuff wonderful? Seems they are loading up RVs with lots of whistles and bells, thus stuff we will never figure out how to use or repair. Grrrrrr

Sure all this stuff is great.........until it isn't.

I will always contact PrecisionPlex with any questions. They have been very helpful and anxious to resolve problems. I swapped the switch panel with the three button panel next to t refrigerator. That told me that the four button panel was good and capable of communicating. When I swapped them back everything worked perfectly. I think as we use to say we dropped a bit in the address. The software assigns addresses as it sees new clients so all ist gute!
