Location of cable splitter on a 2018 3011 forester

I am having trouble viewing my tv when I hook up my cable connection to the outside cable connecter. I trouble shot the problem and determined that there is a problem with the cable splitter, but I cannot find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quite often you’ll locate the splitter behind the connection plate for coax inside your rig. Not sure how many televisions you have, but open up the plate behind the TV and have a look at tightening the connections.

As always….turn OFF the booster switch when using cable. Booster is for your roof antenna only.

On my 2018 3011DS the splitter is on the floor under the 4 drawers at the front of the kitchen counter by the entrance door.

On my 2020 mine is behind the stereo above the door. We only stream so I disconnected everything including the stereo, cleaned and tied up all the cables and turned that area into more storage. I found that several of the coax connectors were barely crimped on anyway.
