We purchased out 2022 Sabre Fifth Wheel almost a year ago. I've waited to comment on here just to see what my experience would be with them. For starters, they pushed real hard on their extended warranty along with me financing with them so they could make some money through their vendor; even if it was for only six months. Ah no, here's the check.

During my orientation, I was rushed and often they couldn't answer my questions. OK, fine, I'll figure it out. My main issue is with their service department. I've had an issue with the back-up camera since day one. They replaced it and said it worked. Before picking it up I told the advisor I wanted a tech to come out and show me it worked before I left. I sat around for a half hour with no response and got sick of waiting so I left. Called the advisor on my way home and he said sorry we had other things going on. Then he proceeds to tell me it's my truck and that I needed an adapter. Fine. Send it to me. A week goes by and nothing. I called and talked with the service manager and he explained it was my truck. Again, send me one. He says he'll have to talk with his advisor and see if they can get it out to me. He promises, again, that someone will call me to discuss and get this straightened out. To date, I have heard nothing. I've ordered the part myself and will try it out this weekend. Their communication is horrible and service is lacking in many areas. Because of this, they lost any future business. I don't understand how difficult it is to pick up the phone and give a quick update or tell me what they plan on doing. But to not follow through with anything after you told me you would??? I'm done. I'll either do it myself or take my camper and money elsewhere.

We purchased our new 2020 Sunseeker from Myers RV branch at Apollo PA and I feel your pain…..orientation was a joke…I knew more than the guy stumbling thru and couldn’t answer the simplest questions.
Had AC issues during the first season. Had it back to Apollo and after many phone calls they said it’s fixed. Well it wasn’t. Was parked in the same spot where I parked it weeks ago. I had a mobile AC tech come to my home and fix both front and rear units and thanks to Kary at FR I was reimbursed for the cost.
I will never return to any Myers RV dealers again. Luckily, there is a local RV dealer about 8 miles away, even though they sell a different brand they have great parts and the service is outstanding. What I can’t fix myself they are a gem with service appointments and experienced technicians.

Haven't heard to many good things about RV dealers in Central and Western NY. Seven O's in Cicero and Kirkville is an exception. Taking our Sunseeker to them for a roof leak. We will see.
