We are planning on going to Nashville this spring and wondering if anyone has any suggestions on campgrounds that have water/electric hookups. We have a 28ft Puma! Thanks!

We've been there 3 or 4 times. Our favorite is Two Rivers Campground on Music Valley Drive. (There are 3 on that road, but IMHO, Two Rivers is the best.) It is a Good Sam affiliate, so you can get a GS - or AAA or AARP - discount. Plus, it is very close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel, lots of good restaurants, etc.

You might want to check out Cedars of Lebonon SP. Nice quiet rustic park with large sites. Just a short drive into town.

We enjoyed it.

Enjoy you trip. :)

I live in the Nashville area but never camped at any of the three campgrounds on Music Valley Dr. I recently drove through all three and came to the conclusion that Nashville Yogi Bear Jellystone would be the one I would prefer to use. I had always recommended Two Rivers but they just haven't seemed to keep the roads through the campground in very good shape. Overall the looks of Jellystone looked better to me.

We stayed at Two Rivers last summer. It is a VERY transient CG and didn't feel safe leaving much of anything outside while we were away. It is perfect as a home base just for a few days of local sightseeing, but not as a destination to kick back and relax. The place is clean and well kept up with no problems with the roads in the CG. Enjoy!

We had thought of camping in Nashville ourselves. We go several times a year, but have always stayed in hotels downtown.
