I go to Branson quite a bit. I fly fish Taneycomo pretty much. I haven't camped at Lakeside yet. My wife and her friends went there last fall and liked it.

We went by Lakeside last week and might use it for our first camping trip for a shakedown. Lakeside is close to where our camper is stored.
We noticed some new construction as they have built a large pavilion I guess for a large crowd to meet. We had attended several concerts there put on by the city of St Peters.
We go to Branson maybe one time a year, but always enjoy it. We will be returning to there in Sept. for a Loretta Lynn Concert.

Cooper Creek RV Resort

We camped at Cooper Creek Resort in Branson last summer and had the best trout fishing trip ever with John Sappington on Taneycomo. He's a pro who knows where the big ones hang out and what they're feeding on. Even in the rain, we had a great time and will return. By the way, it was strictly "Catch and Release" on the big browns and rainbows.
