Hello from McDonough, Georgia!. My wife and I just purchased a 2022 FR Berkshire XL 40E motorhome. We bought it simply because I'm tired of stopping for every major meal and bathroom break the kids need. I loved my fifth wheel. We had a Coachmen Chaparral 367BH I pulled with a GMC Denali 2500. But, I couldn't keep it and take it on the Yellowstone trip we have planned in June. Everything is going well so far, and I plan to check in on the forum every now and then. Glad to be a part of everything Forest River!

Welcome to the forum. Just curious as to why you could not keep the 5er. Later RJD

That's a valid reason for buying the class A. We have friends who bought a Class C for the same reason... It's much easier to travel with kids in a self contained rv so that bathroom breaks and meals don't cause you to make frequent stops.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum!

There's nothing like your own RV for a pee break and lunch. It's what makes it worthwhile besides being able to take your favorite dog with you. Best of luck and save travels on your Yellowstone trip. Cheers!
