New member in Ohio

Hello I have purchased a 2019 Columbus 1492 366RL 5th wheel. I am pulling it with a 2016 Ford F350 srw, that has really low miles on it. First time for me pulling a 5th wheel, surprised how much better it pulled versus a towable. I am sure I will have questions. So all help will be appreciated.

Utilize the Ohio parks. They are very nice. A number of them just added wifi. Good WiFi!

Cheap as well with the Golden Buckeye card.

Actually there is no Columbus sub-forum. Since Columbus 5th wheels are a Palomino product, the appropriate sub-forum for Columbus owners, is the TT/5th Wheel section's Palomino sub-forum.

Our set up is roughly the same size. CC 34 RE 37’. Short bed Ram.

Be very careful getting fuel!

The majority of stations you will not fit well in. Note the yellow poles with the scratches on them. For the moment plan well to fill up disconnected. You are also over 13’ tall!

Your spotter has to work hard. And look up.

A few of the truck stops have added a gas pump lane for rv’s. But, not many.
