I am thinking of buying one ,and I don't have one local to look at now. But my dealer has one on order and its hard to get a feel on certain things bye looking at pics online .I was wondering if anyone has this model? And do you have anything you wish was a little different like storage or roominess or if there is anything they like or dislike. One more thing I was wondering was does all the waste tanks drain into one dump valve thanks for any help.

I bought this unit last spring and just love it.
I would not change a thing...it is the perfect trailer for us.
Lots and lots of storage, both inside and out.
About the dump valve...you have one in front of the axles (black & grey), + the galley grey tank at the back...so you need to switch the slinky from front to back when dumping...no big deal for me.
We added a set of stabilizers in front of the axles to help reduce movement while camping , it works well.
Any specific question...just ask !

Thanks for the reply. is the valve under the slide that's how mine is now and it's a pain in the??? Was hoping it was in one place. Hope you continue to enjoy your rv

When the slide is open, yes it is under it.
I'm on the move every weekend, so no deal to me...but if you're stationary, I can understand your "pain".
Wonderful floorplan anyway...we could not ask for better !

you can purchase an additional hose and one of these wye's then leave them both connected. No messing with swapping hoses back and forth.

Saw some changes on the new Signature Ultra Lites (8310SS) the other day. Leather sofa with solid foam tri-fold bed (no air mattress). Leather chairs (not Laz-Y Boy). 50 amp A.C. prep (without 2nd air) $290 MSRP adder. New 7 cubic foot refrigerators.

One nice feature of the Signatures is the roof material wraps over to the sidewalls. Less chance of any leaks.
