New to RV'ing and the Forum, where do I post for awning light issue?

Hi all, my wife and I just purchased our first RV! A 2021 Coachman Catalina Expedition 192FQS. All is great with the exception of the outside awning LED light not working. It flickers on for a quick second when we turn the switch on then goes off and stays off. Anyone had a similar issue and know if its fixable? If not, I noticed there's a unique female 2 prong plug the old lightstrip plugs into coming from the RV, how can I hook up an amazon LED strip to it? Thanks! From southeast Texas.

I'd first try to bypass the light switch and see if the light stays on. Rule out a bad switch before moving on with further diagnosis.
