New Travel Trailer

We just purchased a 2020 Surveyor 267rbss right from the factory to the dealer. We took one 4 day trip to Sampson State Park in the Finger Lakes. It was very nice. We met a bunch of friends and had a good time.
We have discovered some issues with our brand RV and was wondering if anyone else has had some challenges.
We did get a free 1 year membership to Thousand Trails campsites. We are going to plan some trips next year.

This must be your first RV. I wish you had come here first, before buying your trailer. You probably didn't even have a PDI/walkthrough checklist that we have here.
So I'm guessing that the dealer failed to have everything up and running nor did they do a thorough walkthrough with you.
YES, it's the standard to have issues with a new RV, especially in the last decade.
Rarely does anyone get a RV without a number of problems.
But now that you're here, we can help you through the process of resolving your issues.
