It's early in the day and I need to head on so I will flesh out the details in later posts but the wife and I have just purchased a 2016 Wildcat 28SGX.
We got out of boating and into RV'ing this spring. Found a nicely used Cougar that did us well for a couple of months but we decided we wanted something else.
After two months or more of shopping we took the plunge. Traded off the F150 with a 7700 towing limit for a F250 oil burner with much more towing ability.
It came down to Jayco Eagle HT, Wildcat and one or two others.
We decided the Wildcat fit more of our wish list items than the others and purchased it at RV General. We also had them install the Andersen Ultimate hitch with safety chains and B&W turnover ball.
We have made two shake down trips and only found minor issues, which are being addressed by the dealer.
In two weeks or so we take it to northern New Mexico for a week.
Catch ya'll later....
Tryin' to reason with the Hurricane Season...
