I'm Hooked to 20amp at storage. Plex System no power. No lights and etc. My microwave, Stove and Refrigerator has power.
Background: Batteries were dead a while back and I had to have the service department jump it off. I watched them use 2 24V jumper boxes to first start generator and then jump chassis batteries. It all started after this jump start.
No power to Precision Plex panel or main brain panel in cargo area.
I changed precision panel battery (CR1632) as recommeded in another forum and that did nothing.
I did noticed while trying to figure this power issue out that my battery disconnect looks to be amber and does not change no matter how I press it.
The main Presision Plex panel in cargo area has fuses, but I do not have any diagram to know which one to check.

Is there a fuse or breaker somewhere besides in the battery area? I assume there is a main fuse or breaker somewhere that is blown. I checked the one I found in the house battery bay, (funny one with blue tab that pops out when tripped)

Thanks for any suggestions........

Moved thread from the Tech and Repair section to the Berkshire sub-forum for better help from other Berkshire owners and possible factory support.

Have you checked the 250A breaker in the rear power distribution panel compartment? There is a yellow type little flag on the 250 amp breaker or a button you can push to reset it. If that one checks out the there is a 150A fuse that you can chek by the BDS (battery disconnect switch) 160 in the same compartment.

I’ll check when I go to my coach tomorrow or Monday. I know I found one that I pushed and the flag came out and I reset it. I’m also going to see if anything works with only Generator. Randy at FR wants me to rule out transfer switch issue.
Thank you.

Update: Thanks to Forest River and Preccision Plex warranty and technicians. I spoke to both on the phome today and we believe we narrowed down the no power issue to the Precision Plex main control panel in the cargo bay. This control panel is receiving power,(14.57V was my reading) but it is not powering on / showing anything on the display. We also know it's a 12v issue since the TV will come on and etc. The main disconnect at the entrance door is also not responding and stays amber no matter how it's pushed.
As always, Forest River warranty / technical support is outstanding and I can now say the same with Precision Circuits. I'll be taking it to a local shop the end of this week and if it turns out to be something difefrent, I'll update on this thread.

Safe travels to all!
