Hello,
Just had our only 12 volt external battery replaced. As soon as we took it out on trip we noticed that there was no power to any motor, frig or lights. The battery indicator inside trailer on control panel says zero. As soon as we plug it into the 30 amp AC hookup everything powers up and is operational.
Under the frame I’ve measured 12 volts from the battery to battery turn off switch and then it is still showing 12 volts dc to the inline fuse on the positive side about a foot from turn off sw. I go to two blocks that that have red and black cables from battery. Don’t know what they do, but black has power through to junction box, but the red side losses power into junction box. With it plugged into AC there is power on both sides. There is a little module that has a push button with a red light. Don’t know what that does too. It goes on and off with being plugged into AC or not. Also don’t know how that works before we had issue.
Please see photos attached.

Those two blocks, the ones with 2 terminals, are circuit breakers. They are either automatically resettable or manually. If manually they have a button on the side to press to reset the breaker.

With the trailer unplugged from shore power you should measure ~12V between any of those terminals and frame ground. Since you had the battery replaced, could it have been connected incorrectly? This would surely trip one or more of the circuit breakers.

If you find one or more of the circuit breakers has failed, 12V on one terminal and 0V on the other as measured to frame ground, they are available at any auto parts store for a very reasonable price. They do have an AMP rating, the replacement should have the same AMP rating.

Since all this started when the battery was changed, verify it is connected properly and everything is tight.

Can't tell from the pics, but see if you can find a little black button to push on those circuit breakers like the one in the pic.

how long between replacing battery and going on the trip
what type of battery

double check your battery cable connections + and -

disconnect the 30amp shorepower ... it is sending 12v through the RV from the converter
then start testing only with battery connected .... ensure you getting around 12.6v
at battery ---> at disconnect switch ----> at the little breaker

if pressing the little reset don't work to get power on both legs of the breaker replace it
you can get them at any local auto parts store for about $10.00

PS if you got any solar disconnect it too
