Could someone suggest a good dealer in Northwest. We live in north central Idaho and are interested in a 421FK.

I know there are many dealers in the Boise area, however I don’t know which represent FR. Our dealer here in north Washington is great and responsive. I don’t know if they carry the model you are looking for but, it doesn’t hurt to check. Apache Camper. They are in Lynnwood WA and Portland ORE. Good luck!

I would think the manufacturer should be able to give you an accurate list of vendors who sell that specific model.

Parris RV in Pocatello. They had the best pricing when we purchased our Rockwood Mini-lite.

We have Bretz RV in Missoula and would not recommend them. I have reached out several times on issues and never have gotten a response.

Some folks have traveled quite a distance and also have been extremely happy that they did and went all the way to Pennsylvania to purchase at Bill's Happy Camper Hall Pa. I know it sounds crazy, but they are a very good family dealership. We did not buy from there but only because when we bought in 2016, they did not carry River Stone yet, might be worth the look. Good luck with your search.

Ditto that! They (the Missoula dealership) just want to get them out the door and your check in the bank. They have a "hard sell" process that I didn't like when you come to "pick up" the unit (known in the trade as "up sell"). Their walk through was woefully incomplete. I live 120 miles away and when I got the trailer home, the "locked and deadbolted" entry door was open. They were no help in seeing that it was even a problem (it was a manufacturing issue). They suggested that I drive two hours to deliver it to there service folks, leave it for a couple of weeks until they could get to it and then I have to drive back to pick it up. I knew what the problem was and I ended up buying a cheap handheld router and correctly "mortised" the latch plate myself in about 10 minutes. The door manufacturer was just as bad . . .
. . . say no to Bretz (and remove all their marketing stickers on your unit so you won't advertise a poor, but dominant dealer).
