Persistent Ceiling Water Damage After Roof Sealing on 2022 Grand Lodge

Water damage on ceiling. Camper is a 2022. We recently had roof sealed with armor coating. Didn't fix issue.Any idea where this damage is coming from?​

In my opinion, trailer roofs are an iffy thing and need to be inspected and resealed often. Otherwise they leak. It would be helpful for you to provide trailer make and model, and your history with it, so owners of like model can reply.
 
As a former flat roof consultant, roof leaks are rare. Adding a paint coating might do nothing.

It is the roof penetrations. Horizontal to verticle.

So, flashing inspections and repairs are a good plan. You need tape and good repair materials.

Not a solar fan. I hate the thought of diy roof penetrations by the dozens.

Its a Grand Lodge. You cannot figure out where this damage is coming from. Like I said, we had the entire roof sealed with the armor coating and it's still a problem. It did not fix it.
