I just acquired my first RV, a 2018 KZ Sportster and it has been sitting about 5 years in storage. It is completely dead to the world even after installing a new battery and 30amp "short stop" circuit breaker that was mounted to the frame near the battery. There is no power getting to the fuse box at all, (The fuse box is located in the wall that separates the cargo section from the one market Linen, if that helps).

I don't see any cut off switch or anything anywhere but am hoping that the issue is something simple like that and my ignorance of these things is the only real problem. It has a cummins generator but i don't see anything around it that would be related...I'm at a complete loss.

Any advice on what or where to look next would be greatly appreciated,

thank you

have you got shore power
turn it on make sure converter is ON

it will power 12v stuff while you sort out battery

possible... did you connect battery up wrong.. If yes you may have blown the revese polarity fuses on the converter/fuse panel
test those

get a multimeter or a test light and follow the 12v power from the battery
you may have to get a bit dirty and lay on the ground to find some of the stuff
Follow the battery cables

Since your RV is not a Forest River product, no one here will be able to give you model-specific information, like if there is a factory battery disconnect switch.
Is the trailer plugged into shore power and if so, have you checked to see if the converter is sending 12v charge to the battery(with multimeter)?

Moved thread from the Appliances and Electronics sub-forum to the Electrical, Charging Systems and Solar sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that particular sub-forum.

I didn't realize forest river was a specific brand lol. I have no access to shore power and no i have not hooked up the battery wrong but its possible someone before me did. Converter is in a horrible spot to test lol but i will try.

KZ is a division of Thor Industries. Forest River Incorporated is the next largest RV manufacturer and Thor's biggest competitor.
Just like Thor has many different divisions/brands, so does Forest River.
Without having shore power, there's no need testing the converter.

You might get better help over on the Thor forums

Having sat for five years you likely have many issues. Abandoned systems degrade fairly rapidly. One year is bad. Five is worse.

You need a 15 amp power source. A voltmeter and time.

First step is 12 volt power.

Folks here can help, but we cannot tell you where the battery disconnect is or isn’t. Plugging in might help a lot. Might not.

Best of luck to you.
