I have a 2020 Coachmen Leprechaun 260DS. My problem is that my kitchen sink is backing up, but if I open the gray water drain, it emtpys out. Does anyone know what is causing this?

most probably you are filling the gray tank. the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, and the shower all probably drain into the same gray tank.

You say when you open gray tank valve it drains that's because you letter water out of that tank.as far as vent if you look by drain you will see black pipe with one way valve.

You might have to take it back to the dealer for warranty work. It's possible that something is stuck in the pipes.
Does the bathroom sink or shower back up? That would give them a place to start. If those are not a problem, then it's the kitchen sink.

Bathroom sink and shower do not back up and like I said the kitchen sink drains fine as long as the gray water tank valve is open.

There is an air-admitance valve under the kitchen sink counter. It is more then likely stuck closed. Cheap enough to replace or clean. Takes the place of a roof vent at the sink. Take the valve off, fill the sink then pull the plug. It should drain quickly.. But don't leave the valve off.

Yup! Either this, or they forgot to install the AAV.

I can pour 2 gallons of water into my kitchen sink and when I add a third one, it starts to back up. I can let it sit for awhile and nothing happens. Then when I go outside and pull the gray water valve, I get a good rush of water and the sink drains ok until I close the valve and it starts to back up again.
