We have a 2018 3011 DS and a Furrion TV. It was working fine until this trip. Now our Over the Air function will not work. The power boost button is on, I have checked all connections and they are tight and the in line fuse looks fine. Not sure why we cannot get over the air reception. Even checked the roof antenna and all looks well up there. We can't get to the wiring as it is all concealed. Any thoughts?

First thing I would try is re-scanning the TV for over the air channels. Make sure the power boost button is activated when scanning.

I am guessing that this model uses the King Jack antenna. There is a plastic tab inside the antenna which prevents it from rotating more than one complete revolution. If this tab breaks, the antenna can be rotated too far which then breaks the internal antenna wire.

You can test this by gently rotating antenna and seeing if it rotates more than one complete rotation.

This happened to me and I had to take off antenna and repair the tab and wire in the antenna.

You probably have these bases covered, but here is my process.
1. Antenna up.
2. Power booster on (light on)
3. Television setting on "Over The Air" or "Antenna."
4. Channel scan
Hope you get it figured out.

In-line fuse location (Jensen TV)

There is a glass fuse in the 12 V plug for the Jensen TV. If you unscrew the black plastic plug end and remove the metal tip, you will see the end of the fuse. Should be 8 A.
