Just purchased a used 2022 Wolf Pup JGBL. When I walked through it with the original owner the furnace and stove top worked fine. Once I got it home I only added a gauge to the tank to see when it was close to empty. Now I took it out for our first trip and nothing seems to be getting propane. The stove, furnace and grill quick connect aren’t working. They try to ignite but doesn’t seem to be getting propane, no smell either. Please help?!

Hmm.... I always start troubleshooting with the last thing I did. Can you remove the gauge and see if everything works correctly? I have never added a guage before, but is it directional????

Yea I removed the gauge and even purchased a new propane tank thinking I might have damaged it. Still isn’t working.

Do you have a propane tank switch valve so you can choose which tank you are using? If so, turn it to the opposite tank, turn the tank on and go into the camper and turn one of the gas burners on the stove to high. Listen and sniff for propane. It might take a minute to come thru..... If it does you are all set.

Tank? Is this singular or plural? Do you have only one tank or do you have two tanks? Can you please post pic(s) of your setup currently?

Thank you. I’m using a single propane tank. Haven’t upgraded to a double

I just removed the hose from the tank to the trailer in fear there was a leak

OK Great, you have a one tank setup and do not have an auto changeover valve. Do you have a propane bbq grill, firepit, etc at your house that you could tank the tank off your RV and test out on to make sure the tank is delivering propane. That way you can see if the tank itself may be the problem.

Yup. Hooked it up to my black stone cook top and the propane fired right up.

Don't know if it's possible to connect these backwards but here's how it should look. (Ignore the solenoid in the photo).

BTW those propane "gauges" have all been useless in my experience.

Great. Since you already have the hose removed from the tank to the regulator on your RV......you could connect the removed hose's ACME nut to your tank, then crack open the tank just a teeny hair to see if propane escapes out the other end of the hose.......as this will confirm the ACME fitting is depressing correctly in the tank valve.

You are trying to figure out at which part the propane flow stops.

It can also be your regulator that has failed. Another frequent fail point is the check valve fitting which is shown in the picture of your regulator on the side where the hose has been removed. I got tired of replacing the check valve and just installed a straight through fitting (no check valve).

So I made it home and tested the pigtail and propane seems to be coming through just fine. Removed the valve on the regulator where the pigtail would connect into the actual trailer and that seems fine. Looking like it might be the regulator locking the propane out? Since after the regular the propane lines split to the furnace, stove and bbq quick connect, none of which are getting propane

Thank you. I removed the nut you mentioned and it looks like it’s a straight pass through, nothing to it. Would you know what the white plastic piece is in the picture? When I look inside, that looks to be blocked

Any replacement regulator you might suggest
