RAM Dealers That Service Isata 5

Tempe RAM in Arizona is no longer doing service on RVs. They have had numerous accidents on their property by their staff ( body work) and management says its not worth the trouble.
They do have a very tight property and the building entrance/exit is restricted.
If anyone else has found an Arizona dealer willing to work on our rigs, please let me know. I need to have my brake recall done!!

In the same boat. Chapman will not work on our RAM, nor will Air Park. Larry Miller will do the work but wants a $300 surcharge because they have to do the work outside. Haven't yet got an answer from Auto Nation.

Update for Villiage Motors Millersburg, OH

I called them for lift work on my Isata 5 and service guy stated his door only goes to 12ft so they cannot work on this motorhome. It is currently showing no restrictions on the google map, please update. He stated he cannot work on the motorhome at all.

Now to search for another…

Found another on the map that stated cannot work on rig -> Thayer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bowling Green, OH

I have ALL my work done on my Isata 5 at Village Motors. Just had oil change & fuel filters done before the Travel Season.
NOTE: I have been a customer there for over 30 years. :trink39:

No lift work and stated cannot get through garage door.

Note: I put a caveat beside the one I usually use for oil and fuel filter changes as well as all the recalls except for the lug nut one (Ed Shultz of Warren). They cannot do lift work either. I gave up and scheduled at the one listed in Elkhart, another trip for me since I live near Erie, PA

Most dealers in my experience cannot or will not work on these vehicles because of the height, weight, and wheel base.

The best we can hope for is that work that can be done outside will be undertaken in their yard. But many have liability reasons to prohibit this too. Same problem for the Fords and the Nexus products. Just gotta DIY but dealers could help a lot more than they do as this is clearly a negative feature for some. But at least we have the "possibility" of a dealer for all truck stuff whereas the C Class and A Class guys are totally beholden to RV dealers or the chassis guys who might be equipped but owners have to compete with truck fleets for attention.

My Peterbilt Renegade was a tough lesson in finding tire, engine, suspension, and separately RV support from different sources.

I still am happy with my choice of the Dynamax over the Thor on a f550 chassis but I suspect they have many more choices given Ford services a lot of their chassis with ambulances and bigger on them.
Taking my rig 350 miles to that Ram place in Elkhart to have them look at and most-likely replace my u-joints in the front end. Sounds like rocks in my hubcaps at slower speeds, been that way for a while. Will finally get my lug nut recall completed on my 2020 (2019 chassis).

Have an update on Gilroy, CA Ram Dealer...they did my sensor heater recall, but outside. They can't do oil changes and such ...just don't have the room.

From FB

Providence Dodge/Jeep of Quarryville,PA (Southeast PA) replaced our Particulate Matter Sensor under warranty on our 23 I5 28SS. Their shop can service (lift) our rigs and they had us in and out in under 2 hours.

Still Searching in MN

Fury Motors in Stillwater, Minnesota is able to service the Dynamax Isata 5 34ds.

I just contacted this dealer and was told they couldn't service my rig.

I'm leaking tranny fluid right now and am pretty sure it's the lines. Can't find a dealer near me, nor can I get through to anyone at Ram Customer Service. If anyone's got any pointers for me, I'd love to hear 'em! I'd take it to my medium duty mechanic that does my oil changes and tires, but I'd love to have Ram pick up the tab, as I believe this would still be a warrantied item.

Thanks,

Steve

The only way to get attention from RAM CS is by email on their site. They do not take phone calls IME.

Ram Dealer For Service in MN

Just got my rig ('22 30FWX) back (10/24) from Coon Rapids CDJR (https://www.coonrapidscdjr.com/?utm...campaign=google_my_business&utm_content=sales) where I had an oil change, tire rotation and transmission leak repaired.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience here. Got outta there for a lot less than what I had expected. Oil change and tire rotation was cheaper than at my Toyota dealership for my Tundra. Ram ended up covering the whole tranny leak under warranty (23k miles) even after they called and explained that not everything would be covered.

It was hard finding a spot to get this rig serviced here. Last year I was told by this dealer that they couldn't get me in. I don't know if they added bays or what, but this year it was no issue. Even just speaking with Ram was tough. Finally stumbled across the number listed below and got in contact with an actual human who seemed vested in helping:
