I recently replaced the kitchen sink faucet and that made the bathroom sink faucet look sort of ugly in comparison. I installed a bar type short gooseneck style faucet. I had to enlarge the center hole slightly so the new faucet would drop in. I also had to make some plumbing changes because of different connections on the old vs new faucet. You certainly have to be a contortionist to do any sort of serious work under the bathroom sink. The end result looks much better now. Several years ago, I replaced all the bathroom faucets in the house with kitchen style gooseneck faucets, & I wish I had done that decades earlier.
