Considering a Rockwood mini 2516S. Would like feedback on the camper. Is it Ford F150 towable? Also the small tables on side of bed, do they interfere with sleeping. Looks like they sit on the bed.

If you mean the minilite 2506s, yes I would confidently say with most F150s you’d be good to go. The bedside tables are similar to ours and you do have to “scooch” a little bit they’re not a problem.

We have a 2509s we pull with a 2022 f150 2wd ecoboost(3.5) and a propride hitch and we love it. Pulls like a dream. Yours and ours are nearly the same EXCEPT you will have a heavier tongue weight with a front kitchen almost certainly.

Hope this helps.

I think you left out a number and letter at the end of 256.
Depends on your F150's specs. Don't bother with the Towing Capacity number. Payload Capacity number is more important because nearly all 1/2 ton trucks will run out of payload WAY before reaching the max towing capacity number.
Post a pic of the driver's door yellow sticker that says "Occupants and cargo should not exceed xxxxlbs".

Also moved thread from the Product Reviews sub-forum to the Rockwood sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information on a Rockwood product.

The lowest towing capacity of the F150 is 7400 pounds. The trailer is 6177 dry and 7780 gross. If you have that truck. You take no passengers and pack exceedingly light, it should do the job but it will be working hard trying to move that weight, particularly when you try to drag it through the wind at highway speed.

Dry tongue weight is 778. Add a WDH, batteries, propane and even a light packer will have the tongue weight coming up to 1000 lbs. The lowest payload is 1610 so you should be OK there. There are dozens of combinations to be checked against your truck

I’m late to the party here, but I’ve got a ‘22 2516s and tow it with my ‘22 F150 hybrid w/the max tow package. I also use my truck as a generator to power my camper when boondocking or stopped overnight at truck stops on travel days. With a soft start, it’ll run my AC. I love my Minilite. I’ve done tons of modifications and upgrades to it since I spend a lot of time in it and have hauled it 30k+ miles all over the country.
