Rubber roof repair

I purchased a 2006 forest river cardinal, the roof is original, deeds cleaned bad, no leaks, previous owner put new vents on, and used flexseal, no working.

I got a quote for $15000, I **** a brick, that's more than I paid, any other ideas for, for the roof or just cut my losses

Clean it up. Re-dicor all the ACs, vents, antennas, and sky lights. Then use Eterna bond to repair any problem areas.

$15k sounds awful high, even for a complete new roof.

May want to try one if these... I "hear" they are good lifetime roofs, but I have no experiance with them.
