Salem Cruise Lite 273 QBXL Slide Issue

After our trip this past weekend when we got home I went to start emptying the camper like I always do. But I could not get the slide to fully extend out. The slide does move but it is like it is out of sync. The slide closest to me extends out and the opposite side starts and then stops almost instantly. I also noticed that the side closest to me now will not fully come in all the way so I cannot get them to sync. I tried resetting the motors by clicking the button 7 times and holding but that does not seem to do anything. I would like to avoid bringing it into the dealer if possible. The motors do run but it just seems to be out of sync but I do not know how to get them back in sync. It is a 2021 Salem Cruise Lite 273 QBXL and has the electric absolute encoder motors in the slide. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
