Salt Springs

Any one ever camp at Salt Springs in Florida? We will be there on 8/10 for 4 nights. Went & looked it over a few days ago & it looks really nice; just thought I would check here for any unknown surprises.

If you are taking a boat they want you to keep the boat and trailer on the west edge of the area next to the highway. Seemed too easy for someone to see and strip the electronics etc. That is the only negative I found. There is a good boat ramp. If there over he weekend expect the usual noise, kids, late arrivals etc.

Just back from 4 days & nights @ Salt Springs CG. Very nice park & great swimming in the springs. Will for sure go back; only 1 hour from home.
