My 2022 sandpiper 3660mb galley sink is SLOW to drain now, which wasn’t the case before. I unscrewed the vent valve under the sink and that seemed to help for a minute, but then just backed up and overflowed. Tried plunging it, but that doesn’t seem to help. Please help, could I have a clog or is it a vent/vacuum issue?

Sounds like drain line to tank is plugged. Tank is empty, correct?

Correct, tank is empty, well I think the lights show it to be 25% full, but drain line is open. How, where could it try to access/clear. I’ve tried snake and plunger, but no luck.

Did you remove the P-trap or waterless trap? (if equipped)

P trap was clear. Waterless removed and that helped for a bit. Backed up again and overflowed from where waterless was screwed in prior. The waterless is just level with bottom of sink basin.

Well you might want to send a camera down the line for a look. I have seen debris in lines that will allow a snake to pass by but close up like a butterfly valve and stop flow. A bore camera attached to a snake (Don't spin it) could work and they are cheap on Amazon.
