I have a 2022 Salem 22rbs I have had it since new and i have never used the fresh water tank But i would like to use it now. How do i sanitize the tank before i fill it? I opened the drain valve some time back and a very small amount of water dripped out. I am guessing it was condensation or maybe left over from testing when it was built? I am assuming i will need to clean it out before i use it.

It's probably condensation that you saw.
There's a good primer on how to sanitize your fresh water system.

If you have any specific questions as you start to do this, please ask.

Most add some 5 to 10 gallons of water and a small amount, 1or 2 oz., of laundry bleach. Run that through the system and then drain and flush the system with fresh water. Also, it is advisable to place the water heater to bypass mode. Don't forget to set it back after flushing the system. Some suggest after flushing, add a spoon or two of baking soda while filling to freshen the tank.

To me, most utility water is chlorinated adequately. Fill the tank, let is sit overnight and draining would be adequate. Run some through the water system while you are at it.

Of course, you'll find that here many have their own witches brew for this job.

Here is the sanitization section for Salem trailers.

Owner's Kit"Mix the bleach with water in a container such as a gallon jug. If the tank is filled through a pressurized fitting, pour the bleach into the hose before attaching the hose to the city water fill."

.....without spilling any. Now that would be like forcing a bumblebee into a soda straw.
I suppose this is one of my sinical evenings.
