When I retract slide the bottom of the slide out on the front end of the slide hesitates and acts like it's going over a speed bump. Slide comes in and seals.

Going out no issues.

Have cleaned underneath for obstructions no improvement.

Thoughts...

There's a small wheel in the bottom track that can break. Might want to call Lippert to troubleshoot.

Inspect the rail teeth. They've been known to wear and jump/bump at spots.

in order to have "flush floors" with slide open, the slide has to move "up" and "in" so slide floor raises above inside floor so it does not ride on the coach flooring (and mark up floor) as it comes in.
also with Schwintek I highly recommend using CRC Power Lube with PTF to lubricate the slide mechanism.

and 3-in-one RV rubber seal conditioner on all the rubber seals. This lubricates the seals and slide moves easier. I think you will use 2 cans of the slide rubber lube for each can of the CRS power lube.

I really would see a difference every time I applied the seal conditioner.

Interesting... I've never seen a Schwintek slide move up/down when fully extended or retracting. Only in/out.

Through frame slides yes but not Schwintek.
Do you have a reference to a Schwintek moving up/down?
How is this accomplished with the side rails fastened to the slide wall?

My friend has a 2016 coachman mirada and he has issues with slide chewing up the teeth on the rack. He has had it replaced and it's only been a little over a yr and it's doing it again. Anyone have any ideas how to stop it from happening a third time

Any idea how to fix that from happening for the third time

That occurs because the H-Columns (the mechanisms with the motors and gears) have too much clearance between them and the gear racks. The solution is to remove the H-Columns and re-install them with the proper clearances to the gear racks. RV manufacturers tend to cut the hole in the side of the RV too big for the slide room. Then then just butt the H-Columns up against the RV walls instead of installing them with the correct clearance. Here is a document that shows how to measure the clearance and will let you know if that is the problem:
