I have a 2016 Salem Villa Estate (40 foot) and I'm trying to locate the slide out controller. Anybody have any idea where to look and maybe pics of what it actually looks like? I have the owners manual and it doesn't tell me where to look for the controller or what it looks like. This trailer has three hydraulic slide outs activated by one switch so I'm assuming there's only one controller.

Are you certain it has a "controller?" My previous RV, 5th wheel Sandpiper w/3 slides, the switch ran directly to fuse to Hydraulic Motor Pump. You can verify this on yours by taking basic continuity readings from switch to motor. All 3 of my slides were controlled by single slide out switch. One slide would go out, then next, then last. All the magic took place in the hydraulic manifold causing one to go out after the other and the same when retracting them.

Lippert/Schwintek 2-motors in-wall velocity sync controller location on a 2018 Sunseek

Yesterday I found my Lippert/Schwintek 2-motors in-wall velocity sync controller located in the large lower center outside bin on my 2018 Sunseeker 2400W. See photos below.

Slide controller locations vary by brand and model number.
The slide controller location in a Salem destination trailer, has nothing in common with a Sunseeker MBZ motorhome.

So, It turns out that hydraulic powered slide outs do not have the 'controller' that the electric slide outs have which is what I was looking for. The owners manual that came with my trailer for Lippert is obviously some generic catch all document that doesn't cover my components. My problem with the slide outs not retracting was that my battery was toast and even though I was connected to shore power the hydraulics would not work. I'll take better care of my new $200 battery in the future. Thanks to all those who tried to help me with this question.
