Hi, I have a 2019 forest River impression 27mks fifth wheel, I put the slides in this morning, we drove 3 hours, went to set up and one slide out is dead to the world. Everything in the fuse box looks great, I don’t know where to look next? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Look for a 12v circuit breaker/fuse like this and push the tiny black button on the end. For fifth wheels they can usually be found fairly close to the battery, but not always.

Thanks, haven’t found it yet

Mine are mounted to the wall in the front compartment that separates the front storage from the basement storage. It's behind the half-round plastic divider.

I found a block mounted behind a plastic cover with five terminals on it but don’t see any reset buttons anywhere

When helping with friends RVs that I am not familiar with, I trace the positive cable as far as I can and usually run into the many auto reset and resettable fuses for things like landing gear, slides, and hydraulic pumps (if equipped). And then sometimes I find them behind access panels or in cubbies.

You are doing the correct thing in looking for fuses first. Usually the culprit. Second biggest culprit seems like low or bad batteries. But sometimes there is problem with the slide mechanism. I hope you find the problem.

Another option is a mobile RV service.

Thank you! The drivers side slide opened with no problem as well as the wardrobe slide, it’s the one on the right side that has no power , they all worked fine this morning, ha!

So when you look at the 12v side of the power panel where the fuses are, do you see any red lights (or any color lights) by the fuses?

Is the 12 volt side the left side? When I pull a fuse out a light will come on , on the left. Put the fuse back in and the light goes out

Yep, those are the bad fuse indicator lights I was talking about. Sounds like they are good then. I would continue the search for a resettable fuse then. I have seen a few inline fuses for slide motors, but not recently.

I found one fuse this morning that when you pull it out, no light comes on, switched it with another fuse but no difference

Not a problem

That merely means that there is no load on that circuit. It you were to add a load (turn on a light or fan or whatever is on that circuit, you would get the red LED when the fuse was removed.

I have a22ERSAX traveler with the new bed that tilts up. Well when you sleep and roll over the motor unwinds and the bed goes flat. Any ideas

I found my problem with my slide not working, cut a hole underneath by the slide motor and found a wire that had broken off by a connector!!! I don’t have to climb over my kitchen sink anymore

Congrats! Thank you for coming back and letting us know how you solved it. It is much appreciated!
