Yep. My fiver was bought mid July and build date shows 2/11/14 and the slide seals have failed on 3 out of 4 slides. Most have a tear but a couple have pulled away from the trailer wall. I have baby powder on them to keep them from sticking further. Not sure why this happened or how to keep it from getting worse before getting it in to the dealership after labor day weekend. I keep a close eye on the seals and they weren't like this when it Went into the dealership a couple weekends ago for a failed slide. Ironically the repaired slide is the only one with the seals intact. 
I'm having a time keeping DH calm with all these issues and multiple trips to the dealership (hour drive each way). I hope this is covered under warranty and my dealership continues to take good care of us or DHs head is gonna explode.
