Slide outs stuck out. 2004 Forest River Wildwood

I have a 2004 Forest River Wildwood 38 FBRB LTD park model. When I tried to bring slides in they don't budge. I looked and the battery was 12 years old so replaced it. I am also hooked up to shore power. I checked the two fuses in the panel and they look good. I can't seem to find any way to manually bring them in. I crawled around under the living room slide and bedroom slide and I didn't see what would be the motor or override locations.

Any suggestions on where the spots would be to look to manually bring them in? also, what should be my next steps in troubleshooting the reason why it isnt working?
