Slide side wall water intrusion?

2023 Cherokee Arctic Wolf 287bh, I have what looks like swelling from water intrusion on the outside side walls of my slide room next to each cable bracket. I can't find any breaches in sealant anywhere. The only thing I can think of is the screws attaching the cable brackets. Is there supposed to be sealant( caulking) on the screws or slathered over the bracket?

My 2018 Tracer 255Rb has the same cable slide and there is no caulking on the outside of the screws.I believe there is some on the side of the brackets like in the last photo.

In your second pic that rubber piece should be glued to the outer seal.
There should be four to seal the brackets and cable when closed.

I had to reglue mine and found that super glue works best.

Are there signs of water intrusion on the inside floor?

Thanks! Yeah, I tried a little silicone caulk to glue it back but that didn't work. I'll try super glue. There isn't any sign of water on or under the floor.

I tried Gorilla Contact cement first...don't waste your $6.00!
I cleaned the surfaces first with denatured alcohol.
