Slideout floor not meeting floor when slide out extended

2023 Aurora 26BHS slide out floor is up abot 11/2-2" when extended. Is'nt vinyl floor suppost to all level when slide out is extened?? Grandauther got toe stumped on it. Tripping hazard if this is the way it is. Has anybody seen or heard of this?? Thanks for any feedback.

Some slideout floors drop down level but many are made to stay raised. I'm not familiar with your particular model.

A video walk-through on your trailer shows the standard lip on the slide out but looks resting on floor.

Its not flush. We have to put matting down to keep lillte toes from getting stuck
