I have a 2024 E to W Alta 2600krb with factory installed solar panels. Is there a fuse for the panels and where would it be located? It’s not in the breaker box inside the RV.

Probably an in-line fuse between the panel and the controller. As to where that's located, likely only known by the fellow that installed the wiring. So it is time to start chasing wires.

It's possible there is a fuse like this inline with the panels instead of the customary inline fuses used for other items in RV's

Thanks for all the input. Took to dealer under warranty and tech found that connection under the panel on roof had loosened. Could not have seen until he removed panel. Tightened up and fixed!

So when you upgrade to a better solar system than the factory install
all connections should be placed in a place that has easy access
Both my wires and connectors are able to be inspected without lifting panels

except for the wire junction /diode box UNDER the panel

I upgraded solar so can take advantage of all the FREE camping spots
In the wateshed areas near you.

No power at any of the free campgrounds
no crowds either...

A single solar panel need not be fused.

I agree about learning the solar power to find what works for you.
