Springs or Powerwinch?

Hey all, I have a 2020 Rockwood 2318G Popup. Last trip of the year and it would only pop up half way using the power winch. Goes down fine using the winch. It will go up using the manual crank.

Do you think I need to replace the springs or the winch? Would it still go up manually if the springs were bad?

Thanks for any thoughts ya'll might have.
