SS-1251 - Solar

Hi All,

Has anyone installed flexible solar panels on the SS-1251 or other Pop-Up camper? I like to use flexible as I might want to remove them eventually and use them on our boat. The panels I like to use are the two 200W Renogy Semi Flexible

How did you mount them on the roof (drill, 3M VHB, Velcro)? Also, how did you run the cables down so it is not restricting the pop-up?

I did a quick search here but could not find anything related.

Hello, call Palomino and they will connect you with the Tech rep. He will explain how the factory installs them. The 1251 should be pre wired on the roof for the panel wires. Inside you will have to wire in the voltage controller. If the tech cannot answer the phone, leave a message, he will call you back.
