On Feb 18th I ordered two bathroom skylights for our 2016 DX3. after a few days I never heard anything out of them so on the 20th I called the lady I emailed the order to, wanted to make sure she received it. She advised she would ship them out the following Mon the 24th. Sat the 29th still no skylights. So I sent an email to the same lady. This morning I decided to call. Called the same ext as before but this time I got a new lady who said "yes I'm looking at your email right now." She advised she would ship them out today and send me a tracking number. Got a email from her this afternoon that said here is your tracking number. I have no idea who they shipped it with. So I went to UPS, Fedex and USPS website and entered the tracking number.. All three say invalid tracking number.. Guess I will call again tomorrow. Have a trip planned in a little over a week, sure would like to have a new sky light by then.

Usually I do not like to get in and make comments and stir the pot, however
Since I have owned my Dynamax (3 years), I have had nothing but good
experiences with the parts department. I have ordered several parts from the parts department and have never had any problems receiving the requested
parts in a timely manner and have never received the wrong part.

In fact last week I emailed the parts department and within an hour I
received a reply asking for address and credit card info.
Within an hour of that reply, got another email telling me that the part
shipped today. Two days later the part arrived at my house. That has pretty
much happened every time that I have ordered any kind of part over the last
3 years, and I have ordered several.

So Kudos to Mark Brenner and the Dynamax parts department, keep up
the good work. All the more reason that I would purchase another Dynamax.

We have made some changes recently that can add to some of the confusion.

Brandon is no longer at Dynamax, so we moved CJ from the east coast over to the West Coast, added Colleen to the mid-west and moved Danielle from parts to midwest service writer. The person that was packing parts (Sara Benner) is now the east coats parts rep (taking over for danielle).

Ultimately, it is going to be a better department overall...it just takes a little time to get acclimated.

I just looked on the Dynamax website for contact information for the parts department and could not find anything. Can someone post that information please? I'm on the West Coast.

Here are the updated maps.

I have had a similar problem with parts just in the last couple weeks. I wrote them and asked about the front window covers that say Dynamax on them. Information said I should receive a reply within 48 hours. This was 2 weeks ago.
Good thing I wasn’t stuck somewhere or was ready to go on a trip! Mine is not a huge deal, so I can wait till we get home from this trip. Others may be more urgent.

As I have mentioned before...we're not really staffed for "retail parts". We are staffed to support our dealers and in turn the dealers are supposed to handle the retail parts side of things.

Having said that...we try to help when we can, or when a dealer is not being cooperative.

What email did you sent your message to? I try and track these so we can see where the disconnect might be.

Brian, we don’t have a dealer near us in either Denver, or Wyoming where our business is. I don’t have the email address I sent my request to. So sorry. I figured it was no big deal while we are traveling, unless you can tell me of a dealer that can help me here in Florida.

Thanks,
Marilyn

In Florida, we have Lazydays in Tampa area and North Trail in Ft. Meyers.

I'm checking the inboxes of the parts people to see if something got lost in the transition. We know we have a bad email address...but that was on the letter, not the website and it was corrected over a year ago.

Can you PM me the email address you would have used? I'd like to see where the request went.

For security reasons (I think) on outside emails, the link you click emails from the Dynamax website...so it would not show in your outbox (unless you copied and pasted the email address into your mail application)

Unless something has changed, you have a LazyDays Dynamax dealer in Longmont, CO which is right off of I-25. Thats who we bought our DX3 through. Longmont is about halfway between Denver and Cheyenne.

We also have Van City in Colorado Springs now.
