I did a couple of modifications to the cabinets above and below the counter top on my 2024 16KN Wolfpup. The cabinet space next to the microwave seemed small so I removed the curved wall that protects the electronics behind it. I increased the size of the space by trimming it down to make it a straight wall. I picked up three wire rack systems at Walmart and installed one there. All my plates, cups, flatware and cast iron pan as well as my coffee press and a few other items now fit neatly inside. I use mini bungee cords to keep everything in place for travel.
Underneath the counter I added the other two wire racks and that will be used for nonperishable food items. I then removed the panel covering the plumbing areas under the sink shelf on the right and keep hot mitts and trash bags and other light weight items so as not to damage said plumbing.
I also like to keep a record of campsites and dates written on the inside of the cabinet door.
I’d love to see other things y’all have done for yours.
